The Jard alone is a
whopping 13" tall and 14" across at
the top. The base is 8½" in diameter.
And the pedestal? Well, the pedestal is a mere 21½"
making the total a grand 34½" tall. The Weller Roma pattern
dates to the early twenties and perhaps before. One should not
expect something this large and this old to be without blemish. However,
minor imperfections to both jardinière and pedestal have been professionally and invisibly restored.
It is more than worth the price. One found recently in a California
antique shop, reputedly in "mint" condition, had a price tag of
$3000.00.
