Chester Nicodemus designed this medallion
for the 1987 Pottery Lover's Convention, the
largest pottery festival in the United States.
Chester designed only two of these. The first
was in 1986. Pottery Lovers from all over the
nation gather in Zanesville, Ohio every
summer in July to buy, sell, trade and swap
yarns. One hundred of these medallions
were made and given away at the annual
Pottery Lover's Banquet. This one, as one
can see, is number 77. Note the "PL" in the
center of the vase for Pottery Lovers. It's a
part of history, folks, and this one has it all,
signed, numbered and in perfect condition.
It's 3" in diameter with no chips, cracks or
repairs. (Item 3287) For
