Well, folks, this one is not common especially in this
color. The latest Stangl book lists him from $250.00
to $300.00. "Don't seem like a body could believe it," 
but that's what the book says.  Rob Runge, our
Stangl guru, and author of Collector's Encyclopedia
of Stangl Artware, Lamps & Birds, gives this fellow a
shape number: 3178A.  He's 3" tall x 3½" long with
some minor crazing on his back. Nothing to get
excited about. The new owner will like him. He's
