| The impressed mark as shown in the bottom photo is a very desirable feature of this item. It shows the maker, Stangl, where it was made, U.S.A., and the shape number, 3280. Also shown clearly here are the initials, JTF, signifying the decorator, Jean Taylor Polasek. The "F" stands for Flemington. Miss Taylor Polasek was decorating at the Flemington, NJ outlet in the mid 1940's which makes this an "early" creation.
